Returns Policy
We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@tables-poker.fr.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items, as well as poker tables, are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@tables-poker.fr.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will therefore be informed of the return.
Shipping (Returns)
To return your product, you must contact us by email at info@tables-poker.fr so that we can provide you with the return instructions.
Return shipping costs are free. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
